Tomorrow is the big day where CSMs in RB org will be told their new comp plan for FY19. Rumor is they are taking away their bonus and leaving them with just base pay or slightly more. Is this possible? Basically a demotion? What things have you guys heard?

Comp plan stayed essentially the same for platinum, advanced services looks to have upgraded a bit in the bonus department.
Looks like advanced services got a promotion being that they will all have remote work options and higher bonus potential. We will see truly how f---ed platinum gets at the end of August
@Uq4sfhX-vzb what else do you know? They made such an ordeal to be in the Free model like it was the future and job stability. But now it feels like you got the short end of the deal. The paid program is where you would be safe and in the US??

I believe the plan is 20/80 so %20 of EEs in N America and %80 off shore
My hunch they throw us a bone to want to stay through the duration of the year. Then make another change of some sort to send the message for us to quit, find a new job or be laid off. They only need us for a short time to ensure a “smooth” transition to their master plan of global domination by automation and outsourcing overseas. Basically cheaper labor that the college grads that MH so dearly “loves”.
