Nope not true. AT&T is fine without those worthless people. They have contractors doing it for $13 an hour part time.
While they are at it, they could scrap the direct retail ops analyst positions as well. Equally as worthless.
I heard that ATT brought their indirect account managers back because they were losing market share. Wonder how that affects Verizon indirect account managers if at all
I’m wondering what’s keeping them around. It seems like a large expense the company could cut at any time.
The indirect team flat out doesn't do diddily squat. Such a waste of money to cheerleaders.
If they do outsource, I wonder if it would be just nationals or local as well.

Just a personal thought. I’d be surprised if they kept this channel through th end of the year with the way things are changing in nationals in particular. Again, just a personal thought. I haven’t heard that as a rumor or anything
The only rumor I saw was on the other board, but no details. I believe market reviews are supposed to be next month so I’m wondering if it could be that?
North central still does not have a permanent director in place for nationals with no current posting for one. Obviously there has been a very quick and large increase in third party labor for Walmart also coming soon to Sam’s club and vendor paid labor in Best Buy. This has made me wonder how long they might keep the National side but idk
