It harkens back to that age old conundrum when entering “some” stores.

Bunga Bunga or Death.

I really have no preference as to who steals from me, whether they be direct or indirect.

It’s the undehanded theft of my hard-earned money itself that I would like to see ended.

My partner was duped by an indirect and, perhaps, five or six by a non-indirect.

If memory serves me correct, the indirect claimed, “...in order to process your present order I’ll temporarily have to remove all your discounts and your free monthly 1 Gig. The computer will otherwise not let the order through. But, once I complete the order, I’ll reinstate your discounts and free Gig.

LIE, LIE, LIE.

On another occasion, my partner was also told, by a Non non-indirect, I believe, that the only way to lower his bill was by to add a hum to the package as, doing so, would result in a lower bill. Some people here have said such a request, minus the hum, answered honestly, would have been a different outcome, and an even lower bill, by $10 bucks or so a month.

Indirect employees are absolutely making more commission now than corporate employees.

That’s misinformation about indirect that has followed for years. They may pay less in hourly but they make up for it on that commission check.

If nothing else we need corporate stores to maintain EEOC quotas. They serve a purpose as a parking spot for these individuals. The stores help maintain the balance of function with public appearance.

Let Verizon kept doing it! We already have subpar customer service. T-Mobile is coming hard for us and we don’t care because we have our heads in the sand

The issue is Indirect pay their people a lot less! That’s why it’s so much cheaper. Verizon just keeps outsourcing. No one will have a decent paying job

I am all for the indirect and have patronized them exclusively since 2011. The disrespect and lack of professionalism I experienced at the corporate stores was disgusting. My only complaint with resellers is I would like them to more identifiable. Their signage is misleading as to whether or not they are VZ or not. Sometimes they look legitimate.

Indirect will be the retail of VZW in the future. You’re mad because they are selling a phone for profit!?!

Indirect companies are taking over corporate locations every week. It’s cheaper for VZW to pay them to run the store than to run the stores themselves. Doesn’t matter how many contracts your store does, or what % to quota your hitting. The way they have things incentivized it will always be cheaper for the big 6 to run the stores for corporate VZW.
