Just wanted to do a quick poll of the audience. How many people here experienced top on down agendas from DOS, ARSM, Store Managers who stated there was a "new policy of SSN overrides" using a dummy SSN for DTV Premium just like there were overrides for Consumer accounts, Business accounts and International students. Also how many people were told to use fakes emails for DTV NOW in order to gain the sale? Finally how many people were told from higher ups when Iphone 8 and Iphone X supplies were low at launch to only sell the phone stock if the customer was getting NEW DTV Premium service/ DTV NOW service or else they couldn't sell the phone? In PA, from the VP, DOS and so on know exactly how much fraud is going on but look the other way. They also hype up the top performers giving them praise knowing it's FRAUD. I have been to meetings with VP and DOS's they all know what's going on but pretend it's all good. ATT would make the Wells Fargo fraud look like nothing.
True that...report a COBC and you put a target on your back. HR s function is to coverup company wrongdoing and minimize lawsuits. I personally took it as far as an EEOC complaint and all they do is lie .

Bullsh*t. It is very easy to report anonymously via the online portal. You don’t have to call it in. I know for a fact from experience.
Ok, you come here and post anonymously about all this widespread fraud, but won’t report it. Either you don’t have any balls or you are full of sh-- with no proof.
If you are to scared to report it to the company than take your evidence first to the fcc and than to the news stations.

There is a ton of fraud dtv now fraud in Florida where they tell you it is required with prepaid activations and Apple Watch activations. Lies from those exceeding goals and doing exactly what they company tells you not to do
Everybody knows how unethical the company is but nobody is stupid enough to report because it will only put you in the crosshairs. CBOC is a facade that looks good for the company but really doesn't take issues seriously and is primarily used to get rid of tattletales.

Call and report this to the ethics hotline. If everyone stays quiet nothing will change and you are only hurting the CUSTOMER and yourselves.
CBOC if your ask to do something unethical call the hotline. At&t holds high standards, expectations and values. EVERY process has to be approved by legal so if it doesn't fall within the process do not deviate from it.
