I have been hearing rumors fast and wide about the outsourcing to Cognizant is beginning. Management in HSS has been asked to find their successors as they will be let go next month. This would be the start of the of a long endgame of being completely outsourced. Good luck Molina IT.

@U6UJOot-dpr When you say, "Molina management is trying to sell the company" , do you mean Molina management is trying to sell Molina? It is a bit complex since there are parts of the company that would be sold separately, and have been. For example, the clinics were sold. Pathways is said to be another portion that will be sold. Some of the Molina Medicaid contracts were not won, so we have lost business in those states and so I'm not sure how those states will continue operating or even why. Could you specify if you mean part of Molina or all of Molina that management is trying to sell. Hope that makes sense.

Cognizant has been a big contract firm with Molina for over a decade.
Molina has not hired a VP of IT for 13 months, since May 2017.
