After some searching on the Molina intranet, I found the reduction in force list for this year. So be prepared for a layoff every 2nd to last friday of every month until August! Oh and there 2 dates in Sept and Oct where people will get warned / demoted?

Agree....I mean cmon...JZ buys a condo in LB and leaves his wife on the east coast. Does that mean he is gonna have a “divorce situation”.

Molina bros did not have an exit strategy and after younger one got into divorce situation in 2016, clearly they both decided the safest exit by planning out a Steve Jobs style exit in early 2017 (recall that Steve Jobs movie came out in 2016) and salvage some pride. Most of their inner circle like Terry and their sister was anyways close to retirement...timing could not have been better with republicans wining in Nov2016!

Even the name Pacific Gateway- sounds like a rehab facility or chemical dependency outlet....:but maybe that’s what we all need after working at Molina??

Glad YOU have a job but everyone no one needs their hand help to file for unemployment and just because you all pulled in all the laid off FOM from Molina HR...gave them work....makes The Molina's look so much nicer, doesn't it? If you're really helping anyone, I wanna see a list of who has gotten full time employment thanks for Pacific Gate Way? Get off this site and stop advertising. A lot of people that have been laidoff have gotten help over at the City of Long Beach's Pacific Gateway center. There is a guy named Lucius who is connecting people to their benefits like UI, retraining assistance etc. His number is (562) 570-3678.
I know we can’t give names- but is there a listing just of the directors and VPs positions that are part of this “34” go around?
Finally! Gonna walk some of these Corp VPs and Directors out. Some of these folks are what is keeping the friends and family program alive....baby steps...
Just heard that few VPs/Directors have been given final notice - total staff to be laid off for Aug 8th term date is 34.

@TlYJvsX-7fzt Molina Internet includes all kinds of documents that aren't necessarily intentionally posted for others to see. I see things there all the time, that I shouldn't. I believe this original post because it's also been something I heard verbally.
Besides....we will know soon either way.
I do not believe this post. No organization in the throes of layoffs is stupid enough to post the force reduction plan on the company intranet. This is not credible information.

Fire the useless leaders (directors, AVPs and VPs) in IT department. Most of them are good for nothing people and not even qualified to be in that role. Very demotivating set of management for the IT workforce. Get rid of them !!!
There seems to be SO much evidence that the smart thing to do is to separate yourself from Molina as soon as you can (sell your stocks, get a new job, change your health plan - if you are a member). Does anyone really need to see the list of the positions that will be eliminated in June, July and August? Molina has become unstable. This is no longer debatable Contract after contract lost. Negative press about payments to providers and inflated leadership salaries? Thousands of people already let go? No upswing in the financials? It's hard to believe people need any more specific information than what is already presented.
I don't mention the stock price because really....that is a false reality anyway.
I believe it. At my work site we been having lay offs every 2 weeks mostly on Thursdays and a few on Fridays.

If they’re letting Project Managers go, then the natural assumption is that there are going to be less projects. Less projects mean less growth, and more jobs lost for people who implement the projects. This does not bode well IMHO.
