50% bonus for achieving 100% of goals

How misleading was the FY18 Stip plan all year? The 100% payout was half what we used to get and they still said we only got half of that. Such bs

They cut our bonuses but spend at least $1000 a person (hotel, meals, airfare for most, mileage for the rest, meeting space...) for a meeting that could have been delivered by webinar. Such bad management decisions but they want us to say we have inspiring leaders on that dumb survey...

The biggest di@k slap in the face was retail dumping all the returns into the warehouse so their financials get them a bonus and b2b gets nothing.

just looked at mine. met all my goals-over 100%, bonus is sh--. No raises in years-take our 401k-cut our bonus potential in half, thennonly give us 1/2 of that-cut our staff-increase our financial goals=set us up for failure.

keep buying companies and hiring executives.

So looking forward Orlando so they can pat themselves on the back and feed us a bunch of b---s---.

@TCdQrR7-3qtq your comment must have made it to the BIG SHOTS. When I checked my statement yesterday the achieved financials were above the 75% mark however today, all the numbers in the columns for 50% bonus and 100% bonus achievement went to negative and calculated bonus column appeared with a big fat 0 in it.

Must have been some late night money shuffling to boost another business units bonus and sh-- on everyone else.

Which business unit? Not all business units got bonuses.

Associate/Employee ID and ESS Password. Once you’ve logged into ESS, click the my bonus button and click FY 2018 Statement. Your bonus payout can be found under the last column on the statement labeled “Calculated Bonus.”

Looked at the statement and dont see this column anywhere. Where do I find this?

Yeah, I was way over 100% of target, how did they calculate a payout of less than 100%. WTF. It wasn't enough that they'd already slashed the bonus % of base salary?

Is there bonus for all business segments or just FSS?

Cheap and greedy.

Where is the transparency? They added the numbers and removed the pages explaining the plan. You knew it would be shady when NQ email didn't provide numbers and was already selling next year bonus plan. Lose the cheerleader NQ and show us the money. Cheap greedy company.

Here's a bonus plan; find another job! You'll feel better about work. You won't be looking over you shoulder. You won't have senior management looking at your beneftis and/or salary as cost centers to be trimmed. Unlike 4 years ago, there are more than a few alternatives. Get busy!

I heard RN will have info Tuesday or Wednesday and checks on Friday or Monday.

I have also read the plan over and over and it makes no sense.

Are the bonuses posted yet? I looked and ESS and didn't see it. I've read the incentive plan a million times and I still don't get how it works. I do know they will throw erroneous dollar amounts into the budget to make sure you'll never achieve it.
