The indirect locations have never done it and still don't do it and won't do it again, while we don't do it anymore?

What's funny ! without cellbrites,"We don't do it anymore"! the process is not to be so truthful and tell the customers the obvious is not really happening and its all Verizon's smoke and mirrors to say we don't do it anymore in a " nice" way. When you show them what to do they're helpless anyway and won't do it. So keep doing it with everyone, your store will stay open and won't be switched to an Indirect location.

@zni It is great for customers. If they want to save time in the store we give them the tools to do it at home. If they need help then we guide them through the process in the store.

If you're telling customers that are asking for help that "we don't do that anymore" then you are not following the process correctly. If anyone tells you you're not allowed to set up devices then they are mistaken.

Terrible for customers. My store is a very old market. This is clearly the end times. I wished I hadn’t wasted YEARS working for this company. I wished I lived in Sweden where people help each other.
