The policy was changed earlier this year to say we are to get 2 met reviews a quarter. Since Jan, I have had 7. Anyone know what is going on with this and the MET team? Starting to get really annoyed.My scores are fine(all over 90) but it starting to become intrusive and obnoxious. I truly don’t give a crap about the suggestions provided by the MET team as they are ridiculous most times. Where is nit-picking getting us? I hate this place most days anymore.

I meant, 320ish, not 240ish. Still not good! To the troll/jealous poster, I am not even working. I was not laid off, and just had enough. That is why I left. I am free to come and go as I wish on here and comment in support/empathy on here as well. I tried to offer support and empathy towards others still in this toxic environment. That toxic environment spills over on here to posters and with that I would say YOU are the one that needs to MOVE ON.

240 members....that sounds wonderful. I have over 300.
Don't you love they are working on retaining- while demanding so much of you and METs to boot? So glad I got out! Just popped in to see how things were going. I know someone in HAH HCM RN that has about 240 mbrs now. They are the worst and I can only imagine how many HCM RNs are leaving on their own due to these working conditions. Good luck to you all.

OP, same here. We were told two a month by MET, and one by our coach. I have had multiples, I quit counting here recently because they were so many. My scores are great, but it is getting rather annoying.
