fts ?
Welp we went from PREM techs to wire techs and now we are all about to be fts but yes here in ga our managers are one write up sprees again
The effort to harass prem techs into quitting has been obvious and going on for some time. If you leave voluntarily, they don't face the bad press. Wake up.
Do more with less. Naperville Illinois managers are on a write up spree. They have premtechs hating their job. It makes sense that they are doing their damn hardest to get rid of techs. They are targeting certain techs and writing them up for things that others are not written up for. The gutless stewards juyt sit there like cowards in the meetings like they have been coached to do so. I've never seen such cowardice in a union meeting as I have in Naperville illinois If the ships going down, then there is no reason to act like a pu--y. None of these guys realize if they make this round of not being laid off, there is always next year and the year after for new waves of layoffs. Why any prem tech is still at this sh-- hole is beyond me. Why a manager is throwing his weight around for minor sh--, when their ship is sinking in a company that doesn't give a crap about them is beyond me. I have immediate plans for life after this stupid company. Other people need to stop being so naive. The job is done.
@1dfr: “Wire Tech” is the SE title for Premise Tech.
Is wire tech I&R or it something to do with prem tech side?
The prem tech/wire tech titles will be surplused, that is why 1st line managers are taking buyout offers.
I am a supervisor with 32 years service. Prepare yourselves BIG SUPLUS COMING!
I’m a first level manager and while this is a rumor I have heard it from upper management. The company is pushing “do more with less”. Case in point: a TFS director in SoCal is moving to a different position and is NOT being backfilled. Another director will absorb that group.
More rumors
Everyone will be a prem tech.
