I'm curious, did anyone get emails from your COM to audit your coach this month, reply by Jan 11th? Just wondering if this is the same info they are using to lay off HCMs, PHCs, etc.

I would think since a com has to do an end of year in their coaches that they would ask for feedback

The feedback is simply part of a training. Many of us already did the training. In it they recommend asking for feedback from peers through Taleo. I did 5 for co-workers. I had some done for me too. Might have been Putting People First training. Can't remembef
I received one last year, and was told that they were not really anonymous and some that were laid off thought it may have something to do with their feedback...this was on threads from a few months ago. I got one via my email, not taleo, but, to tell the truth, was too busy to respond
Our COM sent the request to our Taleo accounts, very unusual way of corresponding to the team. Several of us didn't see it until after it was due.
OP, do you mean reply by 1/31 or was the email delayed somehow?
I received one but also believe received last year too.

I forgot to ask, was your COM transparent about the request. I.E did you receive an email to your inbox?
