does anyone know how many or a percentage of HCMRNs that will be laid off? will some regions be more affected than others? curious if some regions were more affected in the past or if it's just random? good luck to all

@RpnCxqU-2vxa You are not alone in the least! Sure, I am the only adult in my home and MUST work, but, part of me is so tired of this roller coaster that I just want off. Sharing the upcoming RIF was a blessing although it took me several days to view it that way. Now, I have a plan for my family if I am affected, which I'm expecting to be, and feel like I may be disappointed if I'm not impacted. I know that sounds crazy, but it is true.
Amen. At this point, I’m just ready for it to be over with.
I know I need to really care more than I do about whether I will be part of this rif. Don’t get me wrong, I have to work. But, I’m so tired of this stress. Anyone else feeling this way?
I wish I could say how my coach has been. Today she was in a lot of meetings. I expect the worst.
We had a meeting today stating the opposite. Going to a "much, much smaller scale" frustrating with all the different info we're being fed
We had a meeting today and was told not to believe rumors. It was not going to be as many that is rumored......we shall see. Best of luck to everyone.
Yes, coaches are giving a different message then the last ones, a “get your resume ready, we don’t know, we may be impacted, too”
I get the vibe more with each passing day from my coach and COM that the RIF is going to be a much greater impact than I originally anticipated. Anyone else feel the same?
I've heard a lot more then 400-500
Is there any way to know which regions have the greatest amount of members?
They never give us numbers.
The rumor is 400 to 500, which is roughly 1/3.
Probably half since we have moved so many members to monitored status and the focus is moving to in home care. Just my opinion.
