Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Spin is worse - I am dizzy!

They keep telling us those of that will get laid-off it has been a team collaboration on who is going. However, have you ever stopped to think... The first people to go were those who started with Green Ribbon. ... Then, last go round, most all of the people who started with Humana Cares were axed. So, I figure the few left who started when it is was Humana Cares will definitely get the axe.

I also think they will continue to get rid of people who took FMLA.

Buckle your seat belts, sweetheart- the ride is gonna get bumpier!

The lies are killing me. These are not coach's. and if they are they should be ashamed at least for not being able to read a simple evaluation. When this is all done I will show you the evaluation forms. It creeps me out that people need to be heard so much they tell such awful lies.

I sure hope that's not the case. I filed for FMLA and used 4 hours total.

So if we took FMLA we can assume we will be axed? I intermittent for a family member so I took a LOT of time off this year. Is that one of the criteria they look at?

I am a former FLL, so I definitely don't think the below poster is a coach. The only real financial expense they look at is your UPTO. Your salary is by no means a factor. We let go associates all over the salary spectrum. Your productivity is important but is just one of many factors. Stop listening to those pretending they have all the answers.

@yyl..Hcmss here, we are continuously told we aren’t going to rosters.. can you explain your post a bit more? If there are 150 hcmss, it seems like a third of us will be laid off..if they are scaling back to the original program, how many hcmss were there then?

From a very reliable source and I don’t mean a coach Humana is so far gone they plan on doing away with social worker teams and

Putting the social workers back on nursing teams like they did when the program first started. So don’t think Humana will have a need

For two coms and their leader.

Agreed! I am a fellow Coach.

I can tell you it does matter about your productivity. It is about your pay, your FMLA, and whether you have had unscheduled PTO.

Lets face it, people. We are all grass and Humana is the lawnmower.

I know because I am a coach will not reveal my name or location cause I need the job right now. You better bet I am looking have a couple of interviews lined up week. Not going to wait till 1500 people get axed and looking for a job. Oh by the way those little darlings that keep saying they won’t get axed cause they have high production numbers. Keep telling yourself that but don’t put any money

On the bet. Good luck
