Live Healthy Ending

Can anyone confirm the end of Live Healthy? So this is the end of the road for PHC’s?

Also, our team / coach is unsure if the “all phc meeting” is on or off next week. Has anyone heard either way? We are trying to figure out when this news will come.

@RcXrscu-1lrk You might say that now but there are ways people can be identified. 'There are more than enough coaches that COMs won't have any idea who is posting". @RdRcCpZ-qcv

There are less than 100 coaches give or take

I don’t see any posts here that any higher ups need to worry about as revealing too many company details. Maybe the one about Live Healthy ending, but we should get confirmation on that either way real soon.

Other than that, “prepare your resumes,” or vague “get ready” posts might have good intentions behind them but they aren’t exactly chock full of details.

Coaches are not high enough on the food chain to know specifics. They are also threatened with firing and no severance. Coms and directors are trying to figure out what coaches are posting here as there are not that many left Everyone needs to feed their family. So why would you expect them to risk that

@1ckk there is no way they won't be impacted. If all the PHCs are let go, that's 300 less people tasking and/or referring. That's significant! The CHEs will have their biggest hit with this layoff especially since RNs are getting slashed too. Only the brown nosers will be left standing. You know the ones on your teams who have that "special" relationship with the coach. The ones the coach runs to for everything. There are at least 4 on my team who I know will be safe.

If PHCs are being laid off, there will be a trickle down, and hcmss may be impacted? How will they do those layoffs? If there’s a bunch for a restricted state, say, Michigan, will those restricted states be impacted first since not as many will be needed? That will impact many hcmss teams

@irsv. Thank you for that info. Does that also mean that hcmss and CHEs will also be laid off next week if PHCs are, since PHCs refer to them?

I think people get mad at the people who post pretending to know more than they do. They are the ones to say it's going to be massive, just wait! They just dangle the carrot, alluding the know way more than they really do. They don't tell us more because they are BSing. We know coaches aren't given real numbers so they don't know how massive. Have the coaches actually been told all PHCs are getting RIFd? This is what we really want to know.

@RcXrscu-bfh This is the dilemma. When Coaches are told they are told very general things. 'there is going to be a RIF', 'It may be a deep cut', 'We can't say yet how many'. You want details which are not available, the numbers, the who and the when, these are not known at coach level. Your coach doesn't want to say anything because they would not have any detail and they would get fired. Give people a break looking at the board it looks like all of the know facts are here. We are going to be impacted just like you. Some comments on other threads are really nasty about coaches and all we have done is our job.

Thanks. Are they keeping any PHC’s for some other area (right now we are all Live Healthy) or will all be RIF’d?

yes it is the end for stay healthy . The meetings next week will tell about the RIF. PHC coaches may or may not all go, because if they are RN's, they can take teams of HCMRN's as well, so they may just be reassigned to HCMRN team.

No one can confirm because I think they know very little. There are some so perverse they get off on scaring the heck out us! If they really knew they would give deets

“I don’t have a good feeling about this whole thing based on something my coach stated earlier in the week.”

Maybe we have the same coach. It seemed pretty clear after our team meeting earlier this week. I’m grateful for the effort to be candid with us.

So there is an “all phc” meeting next week? In addition to the HAH town hall?

They can't say anything, yet the poster below does. Isn't it ironic, don't you think? They can easily say anonymously anything in here. If they can tell us we should be looking for new jobs they can tell us exactly what is going on. That is what makes many of us question the veracity of these posts. Zero chance leadership will find out who is commenting. If you are a PHC coach you are getting canned too. Stop vaguebooking if you actually know something. Have some guys and do what's right!

The meeting is scheduled for next week. I personally believe they are going to share the future of PHC’s during that call, not necessarily notifying us of layoffs, but something pertinent that they want us to know. I don’t have a good feeling about this whole thing based on something my coach stated earlier in the week.

I understand, thanks for sharing what you could. If there’s a “gag order” like folks are saying, I understand and appreciate your situation. Tough for everyone involved.

Below poster is correct. We can not say anything.

All I can offer is, if you are a PHC and your family relies on your paycheck, please take heed and schedule time each day for a job search.

Please look out for yourself and your family and prepare, network, make your resume shine, and be proactive.
