Why is TMO a threat...because they focus on new business instead of a ton of metrics.
Everyone else is a threat because of price. Ok so let’s push unlimited which is causing unfavorable network experiences and add on insurance so that bills are higher and then wonder why a consumer leaves. Not rocket science to see how sustaining that idea is.

Middle leadership positions are treated like garbage. Cater to front line and high level Directors and above never held accountable yet s--- the life out of all manager titles.
Retail attire - everyone looks ridiculous yet why isn’t the guy that changed up the look to begin with being held accountable for it.
Promote women yet we watch Marni leave because of being pushed aside by men. She was great.
Growing adds matters but not discussed as much as pushing the one time sale. Always a flavor of the month except for growing.
All areas Operate differently - I worked in one where growing in ports was seen as being the leader and now in an area where you get more love for selling speakers and pushing insurance.
Male to female ratio of high level leaders still way out of line.

Can’t keep this up and expect a great outcome.
