Piggybacking off someone else, if we were hired salaried, can that just be changed at H's discretion? 🤔

@RDAQUD7-6rdh Good luck finding another job when they find out you can't do what you have been paid to do.
Good luck getting the job and everything required done in 8 hours. You know there will be NO approved overtime.
Darn I wanted the see the start of the zombie apocalypse
Of course. They did this to please all the gripers who were constantly complaining about al the hours they were working and not being paid for. Now you all will have to work 8 to be paid for 8!
@RDAQUD7-1vwn please just quit posting! You are so far off base that you are embarrassing yourself!
Of course they can. It's their business . You just work there.
They can change the rules anytime they want to. This way they can schedule as many hours as they want , drop you under 32 and then they don,t have to pay your health insurance or any other benefits They will probably make you reapply for your job as hourly not hire you and then don’t offer severance .......my money is on this scenario
Y'all need some Paxil. Damn. Ppl can't even ask a ques. Yes they can change the rules.
Yes, they reserve the right to change it at any time
Of course it can! Can we just stop all the crying over hourly? I can promise you, you will survive this. It is not the start of the zombie apocalypse. Perhaps you all should not have hitched so much about all the hours you were forced to work! See where all the constant complaining got you....You got your wish!
Duh
