Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

How to fight MH and the Oracle Layoffs - MH should have a bad reputation!

Outside of Oracle and HP people are aware of MH and his list of short comings. He has terminated over 52,000 American jobs, driven NCR and HP into the ground and is busy working on a third here at Oracle. His strategy is pure slash and burn. He raised over 1 billion at HP and Oracle to eliminate seasoned professionals and replace them with cheap labor. He has s-xually harassed women, lost a job over it and has been accused of practicing age and gender bias at Oracle. Plenty of resources listed here on this site.

Oddly enough the man has a huge ego and is concerned about his reputation. According to a post by @Rx0YEx9-qtn he hates negative press so much he runs a daily report of MH's reputation.

The agency handling Oracles social media has a project — he has them monitor and report on Oracle CEO, first name last name “reputation” online . They report on this weekly as part of assignment. (This is actually happening!)

He hired a whole PR firm and an SEO doctor too!

This is theconundrum MH faced: What to do about the negative stuff from his time at H-P more than five years ago?

He hired Bunting with one directive: Fix the Google results. And fix he did.

With a mixture of content, an update to his social networks, and even a new website, the search results on pages one and two are overwhelming positive (I found only two negative stories on the first two pages).

Public Relations to the Rescue!

The only real way to help your online reputation is to do good things. You can’t get rid of the bad stuff, but you can get it pushed down further in search results. Public relations most certainly can help you with that

Funny thing, terminating more than 52,000 Americans should be able to generate a lot of true, but bad press. Especially if those 52,000 Americans started publish more articles than a PR firm can generate.

If you need information and links @RzxeC43 and especially @RvftlcC has plenty of links and documentation in the comments.

Write on linked in about possible cloud washing, how s-xual harassment and the (me too) movement means nothing to MH, how you can slash and burn companies to the ground and get compensated handsomely. Write about your personal experiences at Oracle. Keep it clean and professional. But talk about what its like inside Oracle working for MH. Is there no justice? If you remain silent there is no justice. When good Men and Women do nothing , evil triumphs.

If the pen (or keyboard) is mightier than the sword then lets start writing articles. Use this post as a forum as to what makes a good SEO (search engine Optimized) topic and where to post. MH has a weakness and its bad publicity. Its the very things that he does that causes the problem. Don't remain silent.

We have lost of good recent topics: cloud washing, the layoffs, a honest discussion about Oracle's cloud product offering, the recent acquisition of Netsuite which LE owned a controlling interest in. What the future is like at Oracle, what happens in an LMS audit. How we are pressure to sell only cloud. How we are pressured to give cloud credits, how that counts as revenue. How many data centers oracle has in the cloud. All of this and how MH drives it is a great topic. But lets not forget the past and lets draw comparisons to HP and what happened there to what is happening now at oracle.

Please discuss... list good places to post the articles. List news agencies that would love to hear the inside scoop. Share how to write something professionally and legally that wont get any one but the executives in trouble.

As much as I despise MH and what he's doing to sales and support, he's not responsible for the mess that engineering has become and the mess of Oracle cloud and the mess of PDIT and the data centers. That's all on LE and TK. Oracle would be in big trouble no matter what MH did or didn't do.

Are you suggesting someting like the OTAAS (Oracle Troll As A service) model. Like for every post about MH or every post he makes we make a post like the troll here who posts "old news," but instead we change it a bit.

So like when an article comes out about some new cloud platform and MH is quoted. We post a comment like "yeah MH its great, but not as great as that time you groped JF's breast," is that the idea?

Or maybe its like MH says "you can reduce costly IT operations..." and we post "Yeah like the 52,000 plus jobs you reduced at Oracle and HP, right before the companies crater?"
