Was reteamed again. She doesn’t seem thrilled to have reteamed members. I’m done. Never worked in such a negative environment prior to Humana.
Just trying to make it to January to see if I make next layoff list and if the January thing-that-is-not-a-bonus applies to me. Then I’m ramping up the job hunt and going. I’ve talked with others and they have the same game plan.
I’m wondering- after all of this uncertainty- is the 2.0 model set up to withstand a mass exodus of associates in 2018? I’m sure coaches are looking for other opportunities at this point as well.
