yes
@Qh1sRZu-1vigl - how people are left in Pleasanton Office now? But they work out of that office, but they can also work in Sunnyvale. Does not make sense - if they want to close the office in Pleasanton they can ask the people to work out of Sunnyvale instead. Was this a WFR'd for ArcSight, Fortify, and/or CSA?
@Qh1sRZu-1uipr Monday February 12
@Qh1sRZu-1tgdg how can it be Feb 22, 2018 7 people laid off - it is now only today Feb, 16, 2018??

Doubled your base salary? I find that unbelievable for HPE to be paying you so dirt cheap unless you are H1B visa or based in India. How many years of experience you have?
7 people WFR'd in Pleasanton on February 22, 2018
More layoffs are coming after bad quarter earnings results...
Just to give some hope. Got a new developer job, doubled my bade salary. Spent 3 months prepping for technical questions

You said in Sunnyvale took deep cuts. Do you have specific information? Micro Focus HPE after the merge? Or HPE before the merge? How many? Was it recent? What business units?
Because nobody cares about Micro Focus, let's be real. Here in Sunnyvale we took a deep cut, there's hardly anyone left. I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if the next layoff shut the branch down.
Got WFR'd exactly 9 years ago today. I am having a party tonight!
7 in Roseville have their last day today after they got notified on October 30th.
There are a bunch of people who got WFRd from "legacy HPE" end of October and some from "legacy Micro Focus". I have more insight into the legacy HPE folks and it seems to be peanut butter approach... a reduction in headcount spread across business units and functions. Hard to come up with an exact number as it is so spread out but I'd say it is well under 5% but still a significant number of lives affected.
Yes who was affected, since not many people are there who work forMicro Focus ArcSight and Fortify and I do not know who else is there. But people working in Pleasanton can go back to Sunnyvale if they like may have not been affected. I keep hearing this, but I see no proof.
Please explain or show a link to an article or something.
how many affected?
