our manager is a lazy piece of .... she walks around always on the phone talking to her daughter who was fired before she got here.... her only skill is her ability to kiss the market manager butts lol....

This is happening. My club just lost 4 managers.
I have worked 5 areas of Sams club. For 20 years. Change is a must. I am one that has given 200%. And the company has returned my efforts in to good things for 20 years. I am not a slacker in the least. But I have seen good mgrs and bad. What is important for our futures is simple.great service and it is dieing fast. Inventory out of stocks must stop. And great service must come back. Scan go/ self checkouts are a complete detachment from our members. They pay to walk in. They deserve great service. As far as Costgo goes. I have been to many they do a couple things very well bit they s---. Our leadership in Sams club should have the mind set like " Hey lets not compete with Costco. Lets kick the crap out of them in every aspect of the wholesale business" . And cut down on changing crap all the time. Members don't enjoy not finding what they came for and if 2000 people a day leave missing a $10.00 item they came for. Do the math. To all long term employees I say this bust your a--. And to the leadership of our company allow us to be the best

Every club or business needs managers but my clubs manager was a complete jerk! Instead of standing on their perch and barking orders at the ones who are clearly busting their butts, and not saying anytime the slackers they need to come down and help out on the floor! Line rush, hop on a register when there are levels, help face the club, your no better than the rest of us just get more pay.
Our club would run better without club manager . All he does is walk around on his cell phone all day and cheat on his wife . Not to mention make the assistants work like dogs while some associates play . Maybe his way to be cool towards the younger ones not sure but its pretty rediculous .

All areas of the club are going the same direction As Fresh therefore Club Manager are not needed.
