"We were sworn to secrecy - if we share what was said, sounds like we could be WFR'd"
haha - trust me, everyone at the company "could be WFR'd" for any reason, so I guess that's a true statement. I wasn't WFR'd... I left on my own, but I know MANY people who got WFR'd who were not turds... the only turd I know of at HPE is the queen turd...
“ - until the cream turns sour of course.”
This is happening all of the time. “Forced distribution reviews” are killing teamwork, because the only way to look good (and not get laid off) is to make your co-workers look bad. It has gotten so bad, that only those who are skilled at making others look bad, are remaining, by and large, and so non-HPE companies are starting to look askance at hiring the survivors of ruthless office politics at HPE. So this is another reason to bail out sooner, rather than later. For more, see https://www.thelayoff.com/t/PNAE9z6#replies .
simple message, paraphrased - we only let the turds go.. the cream always rises to the top which is why you are stll here.. FY18 is going to b a tough year so double down and the opportunity is ours - "lets go grab it!"
i am pumped and inspired because I am not a FY17 turd, it was SO motivational I would just DIE for the this company - until the cream turns sour of course.

So, what was said?
So, what was said at the all hands meeting?
She will reassure everyone (who is left) that things are still on the right track (for her).
I agree with @cbz . I just differ in the "begging" thing. For the past 17 years they have been "threatening" us to stay focus while they destroy everything.
They will just provide an update on the key HPE Next workstreams (including the offices/manufacturing relocations), and restate again why HPE Next is a must for the "long term of the Company" (aka. survival while making its parts attractive enough to be sold at a good deal for the benefit of investors). Ah, and they will again "beg" the employees to remain focus through the "transformation" - or whatever new term they use now to describe the bloodbath.
An all-hands is to be expected considering the recent carnage to "settle the troops" who are are stil there.. Nothing new.. there's always one after a big layoff.
Let’s ask Meg why she is destroying HPE. Can she even sleep at night!
Meg, you have enough cash for few generations to come. Stop messing up normal people’s life to gain the sense of superiority. There is something called Krama and it works like inheritance.
I will be attending it. Good bye everyone.
