We know the result! The employees they fired were basically over 50 (those also that did not cost a significant amount of money) and E Bands which maybe did. it was definitely nothing but house cleaning.
@jld frankly I think nobody knows what will happen. I did not make the low value add comment - I think that the poster wanted to say that they do not contribute to the company in a major way...
What does low value add mean?'why are these employees not valued? Does it mean that they are some how on the periphery of core business? Are they going to cut the entire department, or,outsource jobs?
I have no insider info, but thinking logically, given the low value add, they must be on the chopping block.
