More call centers closing?

Any rumors for fall 2017 to close more centers??

Greenville still open? I know Columbia moved to a newer building some years back, and didn't Elgin just move closer into Chicago, right by the airport?

El Paso and Charlotte are pretty small centers, but I can see VZW keeping El Paso open since it's the bilingual center.

I'm hearing 6 more will close. If you look at Ronan Dunne's track record, he's an outsourcer. Over time, there won't be any more internal call centers, they will close them all a few at a time.

If you are not in a center that's considered a hub, I'd be getting your resume together.

Yes, there won't be a need for them as everyone has moved on to a less expensive wireless carrier. Just take a peek at VZ stock.

Yes. June 1 they are all closing. VLSS has developed an endless loop phone tree so you'll never reach a person.
