Re all the morons in the room clapping: When Lowell came to my area recently, I decided not to attend just so I wouldn't be the non-clapping person in the room when he gave his credo nonsense (oops, mean inspirational speech). Now, didn't work out all that well as I was RIFd two months later, but probably not related (except that my lack of reverence for the leadership in daily life may have put me in the "too much trouble" category)

The calm before the inevitable storm... It's an act of proactive appeasement before Lowell and his bunch of bungling buffoons have to answer to Wall Street. They have to sacrifice many to justify the drop in revenues... What a sad decline we're witnessing. As an ex VZ employee, there is absolutely life after VZ!
@shg those comments always blow my mind. Are these idiots that stupid to not realize these announcements just mean Rifs are coming? Or are they that stupid to think if they post "so proud to be vz" b.s. that they'll get promoted..
I remember in 2015 when Strappon announced the elimination of the areas and regions to sixteen markets. All the v team morons in the room with him we're clapping. And then the slaughter came.
