@2azh, Thank You. Let me explain something to everyone. This has really happened before to me.
When Costco switched from AmericanExpress to Visa they sold the Costco Credit portfolio to CitiBank the company who services the Sears Card/MasterCard.
When I had a problem and put a charge in dispute with Citibank the Indian reps refused to connect me to a USA rep to have it escalated.
I ended up calling the CitiBank Corporate PR office to get the issue addressed and to get a refund. The only way to address it is to go to the PR department of the company.
