I hate to say this but it's time that everyone learns from the millennials. They are always willing jump to the next job if it pays more or it has better working conditions. Unfortunately the people of the last generation in the workforce have been brainwashed into thinking we must be loyal to a company. In reality we are just a sheriff in town and if the next town pays more or has better working conditions we need to move on. It's time for the workers Revolution go to the highest better with the best conditions and leave the rest behind.

Honeywell is poisoning you daily. You will find another position, remember always you are not out of work you are only between jobs. Once in new position it will take about 6 months for all the poison to leave. Chances are the next company has better leadership and treats their workers right.

Hmmm where does eating a carton of icecream while sobbing fall?

Also what if my mentor was laid off? Is gossiping considered networking?
