It's been going on for years and it's public record and public knowledge.
Bribing accusations is a very serious matter. A month long party?, who are those officials?
@1aby - You've got that right. When I worked there, every year, "Standards of Business Ethics" training was forced upon us peons who never had contact with customers (let alone a budget), and within a week or two of completing the course, I'd hear about some HP exec caught with his hands in the cookie jar.
Is Meg partying in Spain again this year? Geez... I remember the endless posts about how much fun she was having spending millions of HP's money to party there, and hearing about them bribing Spanish officials shortly after the month-long party ended.
Execs at HPE are "do as we say, not as we do"
Nothing that can't be solved with briefcases full of cash... Some money under the table for a few guys here, and more for others there, and that's it. Didn't you take the "Standards Of Bribery Conduct" training? Oh, I forgot you only take that training if you are Level 1 or 2, or are part of the Board...
Time for HPE to teleconference in some lawyers from India...
What I'm really surprised about is for how long they were able to hide it... Well, I guess that shouldn't be that surprising coming from a Company with a proven history of bribery... Buying Customers, Partners and the Press won't help you anymore, Whitman... Disgusting...
