Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wells Fargo Insurnace

In addition to WF Bank, I would strongly suggest that the Feds look into the cross selling practices at WF Insurance. Having worked for WF Insurnace for over 15 years, the cross selling practices are identical to WF Bank. The Account Managers have monthly, if not not weekly meetings to discuss and review the amount of new business they have written based on the cross selling goals for their office. Please, please someone needs to look into this as I'm sure a huge can of worms will be opened up.

I had work for Wells Fargo during the years 2007 to 2011 personal bankers at my branch had abused by the manager who is name Rajan Kumar. He yelled at us every day coaching us with his bad words came out of his mouth, he said." you are all stupid and lazy a--, this is my house I paid for all of you if you don't want to sell get your a-- out of here, he does that twice every day from the first team meeting and second one." it is all about cross sale 15 to 20 solutions per day....I went home with tears and pressure. life was horrible, I throw up the food in the toilet very upten because of the working pressure. I left the company after that May 2011.

Bullying and harassment goes on in the mortgage side as well, if reps say anything they are fired for ANY reason. HR and EAC do not keep any situation private. The employees that are ALWAYS late and or tardy do not receive an occurrence, the reps that are devoted are micromanaged. The unethical procedures that I see are not addressed and what would be a great change is to terminate all the supervisors, and managers, along with the slacker reps who are negative and hire FRESH eyes who are motivated and lift up spirits. There is a great need for change here, good luck to all of us.

I could not agree with you more. Unfortunately this has been going on for so long, nothing will be done. I personally know a number of team members (in different offices) who filed complaints with HR and besides nothing ever being addressed, their lives were made absolutely miserable afterwards.
