I have access to certain staffing information and similar, and there is a headcount activity underway focusing on certain criteria to begin identifying executives with Software Sales Americas who will be the first to go after Q4 closes. This is all hush hush because of course HPE wants deals closed and executives with low morale should they find out they are aligned to be eliminated at end of year would be a disaster. The first view is whether executives have personality to play nice within the culture of Micro Focus which operates much differently than HPE. No big arrogant personalities allowed there. There are a few Americas VPs who are on the list and the emails flying back and forth about who will have the honor of delivering the news is being joked around because these bully, nasty VPs and above are so despised. Very few VPs will make it to Micro Focus. Start updating those resumes.

On the list, maybe they will include the ARROGANT Canada software marketing guy. He thinks he is senior executive VP level when he is a manager. ADD HIM TO THE LIST...his Canada peers don't like him because he's arrogant. He won't fit into the culture at Micro Focus. You'll be doing a great favor for Micro Focus.
@cok - You should have been here long enough to understand that this Company in erratic, irrational patterns. Denial is ok, as long as you can get out of that stage quickly. Survival is about being intelligent... and quick...
Doubt this is true. Why not start with ES? Many arrogant leaders without knowledge that need to go. Too many layers of incompetence.
No surprise. It's well known that the HPE Services & Software employees will become second citizens under the new bosses. Not only Sales, but all involved with the transition need to start applying to jobs out there...
