And I believe they are doing the right thing, @myj. Big Corporates like HPE deserve zero loyalty. I applaud them for that. I always tell my son that the only loyalty he should have is for the ones that will always be there for him... And that's just his immediate family, and a few selected friends. Corporations "use" people, so it's time for people to start looking at their employers as their b##ches... (sorry if anyone gets offended by that)
Millennials are a zero loyalty group - they grew up watching their parents being loyal and getting screwed by companies for decades (since early 1990s to be precise)
Young kids aren't going to be loyal to the company
