Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

Go Fund Me set up for Meg Whitman - L3 Dude, can you help out here?

Of all the co-HPE patriots who busy themselves around Meggie, doesn't one of them have a secure relationship with her to the tune of pulling her aside and directing her to a hair stylist? For such a wealthy, powerful woman (and the same would hold true if she was a man), she never learned the value of professional appearance. Literally, her hair is distracting. L3 dude, you claim to be in her inner circle. Maybe point out to her she's past the age - and her hair is past its healthy stage - where it can be worn as such. Every time I see her in a video or on news panel, I want to sneak her away to my hair person - wonderful, talented Brazilian professional - and have her spend an afternoon in a hair masque followed by a professional, classy haircut/style that will both help with the ongoing repair needed and bespeak her age and face.

Everything that is posted on this site related to HPE are pure lies. I won't waste my time here anymore, and you should do the same. The "details" posted here about layoffs are always vague and exaggerated. This site is worthless... I believe more in fairy tales, than on L3, the woman crying in the parking lot, the famous Houston lay offs, and the likes. All BS...

@IDZySPN-cpw You are such a liar. The news was leaking around 5 PM PST after everyone had gone home for the day. How could you possibly know that Meg was mad? No you aren't putting together official statements. The board and your execs are a small enough group where any one of the execs could figure out who you are if you were telling the truth.

Get a friggin life. Stop with all the bullshit on these forums. You're just someone on the bottom rung of the ladder who never has and never will have anyone report to you.

Meg Whitman looks like she has a thyroid issue. That would account for (1) the bulge in her neck; (2) her thinning, dry, dead, straw-like hair; (3) weight gain (4) fleshy, doughy face (5) crazy-eye-look.

A thyroid issue can be difficult to control.

It also causes irrational behavior. This may be why there are many reports of her pulling a nutty at internal meetings and doing stuff like running around smacking Post-It notes on people's computers if they are working remotely like most modern day, Fortune 5, educated employees do.

Poor Meg. Running into issues with her illegal housekeeper; forced to donate money to her son's schools to keep the schools from calling them out on their shenanigans; spending all that money to try to buy her way into the very elite club that is the national political arena; and now HPE going belly up under her watch.

Give the woman a break. Already 3 of HPE's top movers and shakers have jumped ship. And several more have cashed out their HPE stock. Tick Tock.

No wonder her thyroid is acting up.

I'm the OP. Total feminist. Big supporter of my girl Hill. You will note I qualified my Meg-Straw-Hair observation and suggestion by noting the same would hold true if she were a He or an either. Like or not, the way the business world works, when you are in a visible role, and especially have access to the tools to do so (I.e. money, a stylist, etc), you need to look the part. The alternative is very distracting and comments negatively on your power and overall ability to lead. She's not running a Bernie Sanders campaign or runnjng a company making organic baby food. Her appearance should reflect her intended delivery. Frankly, she looks like she stepped from The People of Walmart Page. If she was just a naturally unattractive person who happened to have really bad hair, that would be one thing. But people, she bleaches that hair. She has it. It that way. She does stuff to look the way she does because she must see something different when she looks in the mirror. Being a psych major, I have to say my guess is she was a blonde, blue eyed attractive teenager/young woman, and that was a big part of her self identity. It was her cradle language, and now she can't shake it. If the CEO was some dude with too much gum tissue and a comb over of wispy straw, I would say the same. Of gum tissue, there is a great endo procedure to fix that. No, this isn't a person nwh doesn't care about her appearance. Just the opposite. She is a person who doesn't see herself as she is today, and still models her appearance after an earlier period of her life. With leadership comes a certain presence. She just doesn't have it. In either appearance or demeanor. Male female or otherwise. Yup, there is something off about Meggie, some portion of her self who h she never self actualized. She is a bit of a bully, and there is a sloppy, crash, under-educated side to her that slips through sometimes, like her popping around like a mad dog to gauge cube attendance. Remember grade school, and the fug-ly, trite, mean spirited kid who got to be hall monitor one day and made it his it or her mission to make the lives of anyone he had power over "pay"? That's our Meg. She will be out of HPE ..2017...and will look for a political gig. But please, coconut oil every night.

It's ridiculous to get your panties in a wad over someone commenting on someone's hair. Such an offended world we live in. Grow up and put your big girl pants on and face the real world. We have gibber problems than to be so offended by such nonsense.

Thank goodness you were here to tell us HAIR has nothing to do with competence. Does that mean you'll be voting Trump? It's no bad thing mind you, when the alternative is that evil witch with terrible dress sense, and giant cankles..

Are we down to this now? I understand the value of comic relief and the appeal of sarcasm, but what a ridiculous and sexist comment to make when such serious issues are at stake that impact thousands of HPE employees and their families. Rip on her leadership abilities as much as you want (with good reason!), but CEO competence or incompetence has nothing to do with gender and definitely not HAIR. What’s next – comments about dress size and individual body parts? To paraphrase a retort our former CEO Fiorina made to a similar sexist comment made during the presidential debates: “Every woman at HPE heard what you said.” Very disheartening to say the least.

Dude? Lol. I'm a bit old for that, but I have to admit you made me laugh. We are meeting today (Saturday) putting together the final touches of the HPE official statement that will be shared with the press. The rumor will be denied, but will "leave the doors open." As you can imagine, Meg is not happy... Only a few people had access to that confidential information.
