@4qzo,

You'd better capitalize "Union" in your posts, boy, or else I'll come out to you at your job while you're working and slap the c**k out of your mouth.

Ha, lol, just kidding. Get back to scouring the internet to see where you can catch on after the Rif.

The best thing about the whole ordeal is that the Union monkeys that aren't talking are generally the laziest and/or dumbest mouth breathers in the office. SoliDERPity.

@4ehz,

"Shareholder"? -- maybe, but what you primarily are is a clerk in a wireless store. You've had so many years of "brain-swirlies" from your management that you have to hate wireline and hate the union, you'd have so much if wireline and the union didn't exist..., you're like one of those ISIS monkeys who has heard all his life that he'd be a sultan if only it wasn't for those evil Americans and Israelis.

Couple this poison propaganda with your sneaking suspicion that VZ is working behind the scenes to sh---can you and replace you with a kiosk at Best Buy and you've become consumed with hatred for wireline and union, people who have fought for and obtained what you'll never get: a fair contract with job security and a just pension system for the time when you do leave (by choice).

I was hoping the Union Workers would stay out longer and get replaced with Workers who were productive, I hear them harp on 1.8 Billion Dollars the Company has made and the Company wont give us anything, the 1.8 Billion was made by another division of Verizon not Wireline, So if you want the Company to produce and give more maybe you can be productive and make money instead of cost the Company money.....sincerely Verizon Share Holder.

Hey, you clowns are back on the job, let it go. There is no brotherhood, just a bunch of beggars that no one would ever employ otherwise.

@1jad ... agree completely. Brotherhood through intimidation and behaving like pissed off 8 y.o. children on a school ground. I really, really do not know one non-union person that is in the least bit intimidated by the union member behavior.

Since they do not talk to us anymore, when they call in for help and we see their number come up, we don't answer. We make them send us a ticket. If they won't talk to us in public or when they are paired up we figure why should we answer their calls. It is their productivity, not ours. We have no problem making our productivity.

"The scab, like the traitor or the pervert, has a problem worse than any of these. The scab has to look at his reflection in the mirror each day, and encounter that self-loathing and shame, or -- much, much worse -- the absence of shame! "

The only shame occurs from being with a bunch of losers that need a bath and a tobacco patch.

And this is why everyone else thinks you union turds should be flushed. You are petty, and think higher of yourself than anyone else does. When I'm in the office and working with a union tech, I know for sure it's going to take twice as long as it should. Hell, half the time I just telnet/ssh to the equipment and make my changes without them. F--- the union.

We are in a right-to-work state, so we do very little. Having said that, their names are published and widely disseminated around the company. They may be calling another department in another state asking for cooperation on a project or for some work-related favor, and the associate on the other end of the line knows they're speaking to a scab, and they'll work accordingly.

For techs who go out of town, everyone in the new area knows who is a scab and who isn't. I know a fellow who scabbed 3 contracts ago, and whenever he goes out of town or has new co-workers, the first thing these people bring up is, "I don't want to work with that person. I don't want to be responsible for his safety, integrity, or work quality, and I don't want his efforts to be mixed with mine."

Most supervisors won't touch that barrel of snakes, and they'll honor such requests.

Additionally, the company reports to the union every dollar a scab makes. If the scab is ever in a position in the future to need to join the union (for example, if the scab is transferred to a closed-shop state) the union may sue the scab for all back wages and payments.

But all of these are minor. The scab, like the traitor or the pervert, has a problem worse than any of these. The scab has to look at his reflection in the mirror each day, and encounter that self-loathing and shame, or -- much, much worse -- the absence of shame!

I was close.. I was giving these ignorant Communist Party supporters maybe two more weeks depending upon how the summer weather was shaping up. Never have I witnessed so many illiterate out of shape fat assingrates. Ponderous. Typical libtards thinking they owned the jobs and were entitled to be fat, sit on their asses and be paid for it.

I would have enjoyed being confronted in the aftermath and kicked some fat asses. If only because most of these sh-- stains voted for Obama twice as their union told them to do.

no "alleged" about it, they crossed a picket line willingly so they are SCABS!!! there is NO HONOR whatsoever in being a SCAB for any reason, and may they be treated in the workplace as the scum they truly are; and I don't consider management SCABS as they are not presented with an option, SCABS have an option

I applaud these hard working employees who decided not sit on their fat butts like the losers in front of Verizon Wireless Stores. Good for them, at least they are responsible and care about their families well being.
