What are they fighting for?

"If they cross they will have no protection at all, the same as everyone regardless of how many years they have." Educate yourself, maroon. NLRB.
Mst.... True Story
Crossing. I'm done with this crap. The old timers are just trying to get a few more bucks. They don't give a f--- about the rest of us who need the paycheck.
Everything we have is because of the union. The company would like to fire us all for not putting out enough cones or setting up a work area properly. If we did everything we are supposed to do we would get nothing done. I for one will not cross for that reason. It is suicide after this is over. Think about it. The company wants us gone and crossing gives them the power to do that. They are head hunting and your going to make a mistake and I'm not paying for that with my job. We have been fighting this same fight for many years now.
@HboB7lF-orp is a shill who messes with everybody in this forum. Ignore him.
Insurance is not cancelled for people that crossed you dumb sh--
If Verizon cancels insurance policy. Everyone is out whether you crossed or not...just found out Friday...if you don't believe me, call vz hr and find out for yourself
I'm out too. Feels like General Custer's last stand and I'm not putting my family in poverty over a pissing match we can't win.
Sorry guys, i have 2 special needs children. I want to stay by your side but my kids come first. Hate me if you will. Cuss me if you want but I'm crossing.
I'm crossing as well. The things the union is arguing over are not life/death things, and I have a feeling they are risking all of our jobs over a pissing match.
If they cross they will have no protection at all, the same as everyone regardless of how many years they have.
I'm crossing. The Union is screwing us over.
I was hired in 2007. I have great pay and benefits because of the Union. I'm staying out until we all come back to work
