Frontier is complete and utter garbage. Open a ticket with them and it goes in to a giant black hole. Frontier's customer service ratings are abysmal.
Why in this world would anyone wanna go back to VZ? At least Frontier doesn't outsource ANY of their work!

@H6bbvD1-cuc sounds like growth pains. But Frontier, unlike Verizon actually likes the business that they are in and knows that business they are in. Verizon hates the idea of being in telecom. It does not care for either its management or union workers, who enjoy telecom, and has absolutely no respect for any customers over the age of 30.
That last bit may actually change as Go90 has become such a failure that the company is going to try to expand their target customer base. Hopefully that expanded base will tell them: no thanks, I'd rather watch it on Youtube!

Frontier customers are going through worse even with working union folks who used to be Verizon union members. Trouble queues are growing and growing and blackkout days are longer and longer. Customer service rep who use to be Verizon are dropping calls.
Excellent post. Nothing will happen tomorrow. Or the next day. The trouble queue needs to grow and folks waiting for FiOS need to see just how little the company cares about their business.
Time for a new telecom. Choose AT&T or T-Mobile for Wireless and Comcast or Time Warner for your Internet business. Verizon clearly does not want your business.
