Another stupid customer blaming us for their precious little business losing money. Don't they know we don't make any money on these garbage services? Thank goodness our hero uncle Lowell is gonna get rid of those bad union slobs that could actually fix things. Then we can really concentrate on
running what's left of the company straight into the ground.

"No dial tone since Mon April 11th. The box serving the community was destroyed in a car accident. Verizon worked all moring 4/15/16 but did not fix the problem. Says it will take 1 month to get the parts to get us back in service. We get poor cell reception and depend on our landline. This is not acceptable service."

According to OP's link, AT&T must also be under union strike as their nationwide outage map rivals Verizon. This link and the subsequent weak attempt at union inspiration is a joke.
