I have heard that retail has changed their territory area in my region but I haven't heard anything new for the wireless B2B department, more importantly salespeople - RIF'd. Please let me know if anyone has heard anything lately (this is a serious question). I am wondering if they would provide the option to take it I am a MAM and my region is just about as toxic as I can handle and I want to see if this would be something I could look forward to (I do NOT wish this on anyone who wants to stay). I have not heard a peep about this. Any correct information is appreciated.

You forgot to add the really important rankings they consider. How long have you been with the company..how much is your salary...race..sex...even religion.. Production has little to do with whether you are let go or not. This current leadership/culture is on a mission to reduce costs. If you are making too much $$ you will be let go and replaced by someone half your age at half your pay. They will also probably not be male or white. Just the facts..
As always, sales is measured in revenue generated. You will all be weighted, measured, evaluated and those who are producers should be fine. ... not making your numbers, always have an excuse, blaming finance, legal or offer development. ..well, not so sure you will be considered a value add. Which one are you?
@FqV2DQx-odg that is NOT good....I. do not want to stay but I want to get something for my many years of loyalty yet sh@t on daily. Like the VZ Town Hall person who nails it about the productivity if driving to office or sitting around wasting productivity time "collaborating" in each others cubes, what a micro management company.
I think Wireless should unionize so the ADs and Directors have guidelines to follow instead of brow beating people. I would hate to be in management at VZW, HA HA
I have no insider info, but it's my understanding that if you are in sales you will be fine
