Hope she got a nice bonus

I was laid off because with two teams my boss’s goal would be lower and she would get paid more in bonuses. That’s special. Her huge home and fancy vehicles aren’t enough for her I suppose. She told me in September that was her plan because she wasn’t satisfied with what she wasn’t making. I started updating my resume that very day despite a glowing review. Transparent enough but unethical as hell.

Got a dental bridge and was toldit was covered. Now after wards, being told I am responsible for the whole thing. Yes. Lied to. Dentist is throwing up his hands. Doesn't know what to say. Humana s—s. Glad I am not contributing to the CEO mansions anymore.

Humana ask me to help members, so I asked members to join better Medicare plan with low premium and better services. (WellCare, anthem, United healthcare, centene). Members happy but then I got fired, don’t know why? No transperancy at all...

Complaints from members all the time, I decided to tell members they have other choices for Medicare Advantage Plans and they should research and make this best choice for them.

here's another dose of Humana management reality- the way things really work at Humana. These comments recently posted on consumer affairs site: 'After 2 hours and 51 minutes, I am still on the phone with Humana trying to get information about a claim that was processed incorrectly. I have been transferred 5 times already and I am waiting on yet another representative that most likely can’t answer simple questions. I have spoken with 2 managers that can’t provide information. They are incompetent!!!'............ then there's my personal favorite: 'Poor service, definitely not at all worth having. 6+ hours and 12 phone calls later still no closer to getting anything done plus worth also getting kicked from phone calls cause their system s—s. Their medical claims office is a joke. They "say" they put urgent on a request for medication for preapproval and have it done at the end of the day which is a bold face lie, I should of known a insurance company can't be honest. You cannot get a straight answer from anyone. If you ask for a supervisor they have absolutely no pool what's so ever. And for anyone that's from Humana corporation all this phone calls have been recorded by our system so you know it's not a lie and everything I say is true. Medicare patients be forewarned now! If they offer this program for you deny it and go for a different insurance company all together. If you are paying out of pocket avoid them all together. Not worth spending anything on this company. Really. What a c-appy company. Anyone surprised? These are real comments from real Humana policy holders. What say you Humana supervisors?? How big a bonus do you really deserve??

Today's star manager's dept review (posted on Better Business site): Avoid Humana like the plague. They are a bane. Their customer service is completely inept, they lie to your face. Endless phone calls, disconnects, transfers, and embarrassing three way calls with providers, and no results. File an appeal, they loose it. They have no right being in business. I wish I could give them a negative star rating........ anyone surprised??

This isn’t real? Low performance? Yeah so all of the over 800 people laid off were because they had low performance? Wait until the RIFF affects you & tell yourself that. All they care about is money not the employees or the members. Let’s be real.
