There was a post "Yes, breaking records all right. Record for the most unsolved Sev1 SRs, record for the most SRs that go past SLAs, record for the most escalation, record for the most downtime, etc etc. I could go on and on..."
Please, go on. Due to various twists and turns of fate, I now have a vested interest in knowing what you talking about. OCI SRs would cover wide area so what product area specifically?

I just read that business Insider article. It is a puff piece that reads like something a Program a High school would produce for their football team. And Who uses the term Rock Star for anything serious?
@12XaCbbZ-5fwh your post says volumes about your narrow perspective. A couple of options: the poster does not work at Oracle and is using this as one of several sources. For example, BI used this site to write at least one article. Could be a customer of Oracle. Lots of former employees who are now customers who want to know dirt but can't get it anymore directly. Also, if it's a person who works there, there could be an issue with truth and transparency or simply access. What is your axe to grind? Lighten up.
If you have to come to this site and ask what is wrong instead of actually doing your job and figuring out why in person tells me all that is needed why Oracle's leadership and products are going down the drain.
That’s so 2016 and most (if not all) of those features in that paid article is not with O now.
OCI is the most mis-managed product of Oracle. All the executives, directors, managers, and supervisors should be ashamed for their piss poor performance! Serious failure! Let the hatchet drop!
Just a cheap shot at OCI leadership. You need to look at this https://www.businessinsider.com/oracle-rock-star-engineers-2016-3

Oracle Corporation should close its doors and return the money to its investors.
There is no point in continuing this charade. This is a dead company walking.
All those SRs are from internal teams being forced to migrate to OCI and Services not working as expected, lacking necessary features or just not working at all.
No one is using OCI for real work my friend
