Westerville associates being relocated after Q1

Confirmation was disclosed to members of the Senior Leadership Team (Managers and above) today that the Westerville location will be closed following the lease expiring after Q1, and associates will be relocated to Easton.

M—ord will also be closed and the remaining associates there will be sent to work from home.

No further information has yet been provided regarding whether to expect additional layoffs or not, but I don’t think anyone would be surprised.

Supervisors and associates will be notified soon, probably within the week (if they’re smart since this info leaked and travels fast).

Always follow the money trail in all things.
If no money is in the picture,then the benefactory.
There is profound evidence of a pattern of Alliance. When millions are involved to be received and billions to make, thats greed right there.
Then you look at how they aquired the $.
Thats ungodly right there. So, they knew this was going to be a get rich scheme like a pyramid scheme for over a decade. Believe me when that much $ is involved they truly do plan things out well in advance. They keep you out of the loop because youre nothing to them. Why would thieves keep you in the loop and tell us whats going on?

Is listed as the "ownet"precious owner was ads plave phase 3
It just see a pattern of them continuously moving names .. etc. Cooking books

Also july 24 2018 is when they moved thr eadton location into a differant name the owner is listed ad loyalty cir owner. So ... yes they are abt to make some key moves and epsilon was also directly theirs as well it was their pet project they indeed made lots of $$ from the sale. 4 billion cash.

Lease isnt up because on the county auditors website it shows etcl westerville ads owns it.
Value 6.5.million
If anything they will sell it. But lease not up bcs they essentially own the bldg

So... and btw you can verify this on the government public records site..
I see a pattern of shifting names and moving $ bcs they are tanking. Its so clear.they knew this 10 yrs ago

Its not just. Then they knew 12 years ago exactly what the plan was. Just dirty business practices that need to be scrutinized more and more labor laws to protect the employees
Not saying unionize but folks need to speak out more and push for reform of how they can do business in the u.s.

When they talk about telocatiom and consolidation of bldgs that means alot of jobs are foing and they will further just fold up shop
And it will be no longer.
Trust me i have been at 2 major corp. That had more revenue than ads and ads is following the exact blueprint.

@12S7S4A6-1cwd Is correct. It is embarrassing that this information is leaked on a message board over and over.

What’s even more embarrassing is that SVP Chief if Staff holds a meeting with HR and other leaders throughout the business (who were shook by the first round of layoffs) and specifically said no more RIFS, and here is two floating holidays and an additional week of bonding leave.

Then, 6 weeks later, another major RIF that affected many people in that room and the budget for those benefits suddenly disappears.

It’s time for the ELT to display some of those values the company supposedly stands for. Hold another EC chat and tell us what is happening with our company. Many of us have dedicated our entire adult working lives to the business and you are failing us.

BS, TM, EC, DD, SK, Are you too emotionally hurt by what’s happened to tell us the truth or do you have to lie and mislead us because leaking an impending sale would lead to insider trading? It’s probably the latter but communication about staffing and business performance, et al, should be shared. Do it now. Not Wednesday, not Thursday, do it Tuesday January 6, 2020. Include everybody - be the leader you say you are and no more of this nonsense. Start with these questions and publish tomorrow please-

1). Will there be more cuts in 2020- if so when who and give those associates notice. Don’t say it’s because of personal information because many associates who were asked to stay on for a period of time had access to very personal and proprietary information.

  1. ). Will there be a merit this year?
  1. ) What is actually up with Plano? Are they merging with Cards?
  1. ). Do you plan on closing any sites this year? and be transparent- just because something isn’t final at this moment isn’t a green light to say “not at this time”. YOUR PEOPLE deserve to hear we are considering xyz and abc locations.
  1. ). If there are future RIFS will severance packages be given? Will they be equivalent to those given to the associates on Oct 23rd and Dec 9? If not, why?
  1. ). In the event of a sale of the cards LOB, when associates are inevitably RIFd for duplication of work, will they receive severance packages?

Answer these questions B.S. or give Mr Andretta your resignation. It is absolutely unacceptable that YOUR PEOPLE are finding out about layoffs and site closures on a message board that has clearly been overrun by entry level associates. YOUR PEOPLE are going to have to field questions from those very associates tomorrow about this. You need to come clean about these sites and EVERYTHING. We know you will read this or will be given the message. If you don’t answer these questions then every single SVP, VP, SR Director, Director, and up should resign immediately.

It’s really sad that this site is where we need to go to try and stitch together the truth about what’s happening at our company. Why are our leaders silent when we need them most? The silence is deafening. I talked to a colleague today who shared that the atmosphere in the office, the pins and needles and lack of information or vision from leaders and sporadic unexplained and sloppily executed layoffs is worse than being robbed at gunpoint personally in their previous job. I’m so drained and sad. I expected so much more from our leaders. We all should expect more. I don’t feel naïve, I feel let down. I still have a job as of now, but I’m seriously looking for another one. Which is too bad for ADS, because I’m really good at my job and I’m so demotivated and uninspired by the lack of leadership that I can’t wait to find another opportunity.. which I will. This company doesn’t have what it takes to retain top talent. I can’t wait to resign and move on.

There is still tons of space/open desks on the top floors of Easton buildings A and C. Best guess is they would have dedicated floors for call center operations.
There will definitely be a culture clash though. Easton atmosphere is generally quieter and more “professional”.

Not shocked to hear about Mil.ford (or any of the call centers) moving to strictly w@h as the company has been moving in that direction for a while.

As for Westerville associates moving to Easton that is a bit surprising. I always thought Easton was strictly a corporate office type of layout. Is there an area in place that would work for a call center or will it have to undergo some renovations to accommodate the call center layout before the move?
