They really do not like people who are working remote. So, if remote - you will always be in danager

Most of the time if you are working remote, you are at the top of the chopping block unless you are a unicorn.

I was to report to an office location not remote that was difficult to reach and - thus - no more Fiserv. See, easy once you master it all.

@125ftQY7-4lvb, it all depends on how critical your function is and also how much you’re paid.

If you are expensive compared to your peers (or same cost) and deemed replaceable, you’ll be gone soon.

If you are filling a role that is hard to replace, you will probably be around for a while. But expect to be getting nagged about moving to a location that has an office.

Frank hates remote workers. He’s old school and doesn’t believe in remote positions.

Any thoughts if working remote where there is no office location might bump someone to the top of the departure list?
