I know ATO received the letter but that's a pretty large organization. What departments within ATO received the actual offer?

ALL ATO Managers, L1-L6
Not the ones going to accenture
I'm in ATO under Summers and got the letter as did everyone else on my AVP team (except those who are on schedule to move to Accenture in 2 weeks).
GCSC, Global Connection & Supply Chain was in scope, but not all received the MVO. Our first email stated “most” L1-L4 would receive the offer. I for one did not receive it, but know many others who did.
@122Zlnec-pxf That's 8 months more, not 18. Vz offer was capped at 60 weeks.
@122Zlnec-1tdw Frontier was years ago. Referring to the VSP offered last fall. 44,000 offered, just over 10,000 accepted. An additional 2000 outsourced to InfoSys
Verizon got rid of a huge number of employees to Frontier. I believe that offer was made to the remaining personnel after the numbers went down significantly. Perhaps their management decided to do the right thing but the timing is interesting.
Not all ATO managers, and certainly not L5 or L6.
The actual email stated "SELECT level1-4 US-based managers."
Levels 1 thru 6 with 6 months of pay...better then what the mo–n Union Techs have recently voted in , but 18 month short of what Verizon offeredthier employees. Good for U ATT
