I hate the word "leader" with respect to VZ. They have no real leaders. Managers, yes. Leaders, no. And they dont know the difference between the two which is part of the problem.

π @11wV8nVA-1ggc If you don't think Infosys has access to customer data, you are mistaken. They also have access to YOUR information. Heck in some other company outsourcing agreements, the data is actually stored outside the US. How scary is that?
The executives care only about costs. They have no clue their organization is disintegrating in places were outsourcing has occurred. Nor do they care.
Yes I agree ππ»
But we have to be vocal or nothing will change
The leadership is not leadership
Itβs all about leaders making themselves look good to get the next level or maintain. Sad.
We work now on ppts vs real programs. My team is not sure who is actually delivering programs

ππ» The CEO and the IT leadership team can't be trusted after the rebadging of Verizon employees to Infosys in 2018. The CEO views IT as a commodity that can be purchased in the marketplace at the cheapest cost. The only reason Verizon maintains it's own IT team today is due to the federal government rules of who can see the proprietary customer data.
Clueless outsourced contractors
