Next you can expect the pay TV providers to add this type of fee in addition to all of the other ones that they are already charging. Increases or additions to them are never grounds for getting out of a contract with them either.

LOL, thise AT&T LOVERS... i will never undestood them...It's a win-win for : Randy and cronies gets to advertise a lower price than it actually charges and has a mechanism for raising customer bills whenever it wants to.
