Innovation stopped when MH was hired. The cloud was missed, sun was gutted, talent was squandered costs were cut. True talent and innovation was replaced with mediocrity and status quo.
When Oracle tried to pivot to the cloud it was too little to late and it lacked both the technical know how and the ability to recruit and foster growth. It expects immediate results without investment or time.
Oracle has failed and is in free fall. When the market shifts it can no longer adapt. It's just a slow death as support contracts take time to dry up.
