They have decided to put the Location Strategy on pause until next year. Why all the grief only to delay?

For several reasons. Poorly thought out strategy if people won’t move to hub cities. Top talent fleeing the company and this just pushing more people out. Excessive amount of work to get through to keep regulators happy. The pause just buys you more time to find s better job. Don’t squander the extra time.
Maybe they are waiting until they migrate everything into pivotal cf, then will kick out the stateside resources.

Check the Remote Team Member Community of Practice forum. OP claims it is not a pause of the Technology co-location strategy. Unsure of the meaning of this.
