Let’s talk all of Our Membership Leads. If that’s the case if we’re going to Salary. Where is our Salary Pay.

What happens to coordinator and all the companies they visit ..
Marketing does not need more money! In one club, one was carried out in handcuffs for stealing and the other claims mileage for miles not driven! They get desk associates to sign members up under SIF to meet their quotas....I say bring back the audit team to follow these people around for a day to see what they actually do!
Does any of you know when all others are getting a raise. I hear CP is next to get a raise. If so would that include membership team. We do click and pulls and we process them when members come into get them. If they don't include membership in that it's gonna be ridiculous. I will refuse to do click an pull when the two we have are not there. And it's just wrong to ask us to process them then go get them from the cage and not give us a raise also. Membership team has more jobs to do than anyone else in that club. Most people have one job to do however we have a lot of jobs to do. Seriously so tired of that c-ap.

Someone on th thread said something about visits. I guessing they are talking about corporate visit. Do anyone know what the are asking or why? I told they will be visiting the marketing department.

Does the salaried team lead position utilize the help of the coordinator to acquire the goals that are needed or is the coordinator position eliminated or re-structured. What happens to all the companies that are visited ,that produce much income for the clubs from SIF that the coordinator brings in ?

Salaried? No way
1) from what I see and what I was told all MIT, assistant manager positions, marketing team lead, membership coordinator, have been shut down no Club can hire for any of these positions.
2) the new marketing position is salary it doesn't matter if you have to work 70 or 80 hours a week to obtain the outrages goals that they have set so you'll probably be making under minimum wage with the hours you have to work.
3) been brought up but still unclear the person that takes that position will also be in charge of all the metrics on the front end how the hell your going to do that I don't know.
4) 2 to 3 assistant managers will be displaced because key holder team leads got a big raise and they carry Keys now. Managers do not have to be there to open or close the club.
5) most think this will happen before the holidays.
6) 2 years ago someone in HO leaked what was going to happen and every single thing has come true it's happening look back for the last 2 years

Do we have anyone that is in the MCL position? It has not been announced in our market yet but not to hire anyone in marketing if don’t have a lead or coordinator. Will this happen in October or after January 2020?
I believe something is going to go down with all the leads . So they made All Leads “ Manager On Duty “ on our name tags . Something is up
If you look at “Compensation” under “Me” it will show that you are already salaried (even though you’re not). And the pay adds up to about $15 an hour. 🤷♀️
marketing lead will take the place of one front end manager. They will be membership and marketing the salary is 42,500.
When are they going to announce this? We all know it’s coming!! Severance package if we don’t want to go salary?
