With this giant 9K TechDev Outsource to IBM, did that only affect the L2, or did L3 and above get the a Surplus/severance package deal, and get to skate away not as shafted as the rest?

No level 3 I've known has ever gotten a golden parachute, those don't become a thing until you get to level 5 and higher, I've personally known multiple level 3s who were relevelled and they got exactly the same severance package options as us plebes.

@-ytu, I was hoping so, as this gives me much schadenfreude for a few not-so-choice higher level managers that deserve being handed a sack of poo to end their career.
yes L3 are included ...AVP and Directors have been sent to IBM in prior outsourcing's and in this one
9k outsourced, has that. Een confirmed? In an open mic last week an ATO SVP ( clue, she is an Alabama fan) said 1600 (or maybe she said 1800) were outsourced.
