Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

How long can we survive while overworked to this degree?

I believe that’s the case at many other clubs, if not all. At my location we’ve been struggling to make ends meet in the sense that we are using 110% of our abilities to get the work done, Hoe long can we survive, while working at this tempo?

We're all trying to survive in our club. Management, wants everything done, but with no overtime. Associate quitting because they can't take it anymore. Had one manager, and serverak team leads quit this year alone. Not enough floor associates. Management are bullies. Very tired and exhausted.

Retaliation sure, you need to show them when it's time to leave is time to leave. You can't stay after your scheduled time if they try to write you up for productivity fight the write-up go higher up and have them check the cameras on your work ethic as long as you work your scheduled hours and do your job they should not be able to write you up. There is life away from Sam's and if they don't have enough people to be able to get the job done why should you k–l yourself trying

@1iif that sounds good and all but what about when you have management telling you that you have to stay until it's done? Sure you can leave when scheduled and SUPPOSED to not get in trouble, but retaliation is alive and well.

I go to work when scheduled work my butt off knowing that I can't do it all. You should not hurt yourself physically or mentally ever doing a job. Let the next person coming in take over where you left off tomorrow is a new day. It starts all over again luckily we have ppto so when we're tired we can come in late or call in.
