Today we were able to have some constructive dialogue with AT&T.
Yesterday we all worked late into the night and we are prepared to
settle negotiations. We plan to meet with the company again this
evening. If the company is serious, we could settle the contract
tonight. We will find out later tonight if they are able to make a deal or
not. We cannot express how much we appreciate all that has taken
place across the District. Today, we all understand the truth in the
words to that old familiar chant “We are the Union”.

Imo, the fl dudes set in motion a pre arranged plan. U comes in to appease the core techs. Let yall strike to vent. Blah blah, strike ends on Weds cuz now att negotiating "fairly". D3 will work without a contract indefinitely, just wait and see. $$ for strikers likely to have been put in a table pass to U. Surprised U didn't have Warren or Sanders highlighted to save the day.
All a waste of time, we basically keep our same contract with no financial increase in pay , yet more and more work keeps being put into place. The Union and Executives at AT&T are all laughing at us enjoying dinner together .
Might as well cancel paying my Union fees as we have all been Bamboozled.
More work, same pay makes no sense to anyone...........
Realistically it makes sense to buy own tools and get into contract work and make more money. Union is a JOKE

I just talked to all the guys I worked with, which is mostly wire
tech.Not for one second do I think I’m better than any one of them but something has to change!
For those of you unhappy with your compensation, feel free to go work somewhere else
Settle for a small raise that gets eaten by Health Increases, no better Seperation packages and of of'course Wire Tech/Prem Tech get zilch-nada.......please get out and vote!!!!
Union caves again. I am burning my union card if it does. We should strike until we ALL have guaranteed jobs the entire contract.

It sound like every contract go back to the archives of the union, att say something, union says no to justify the cut from our paycheck, act like they have some power, att go back to the table and say ok we are afraid of the union and worried about the strike, so we gonna give you a $1 more, than next October your deductible and cost of healthcare will skyrocket all of a sudden. Then you add cost of living and you’ll realize that you are doing more for less. How many times l have to repeat this. But I hope and dumb and wrong, I need a F—ing boat. I don’t know why I keep paying the dues in a right of work state.

Why do all your districts have different agreements w/att. Isn’t that against the whole premise of a union (I.e. everyone is the same)?
