Delay?

Is there a Delay or Is there not a Delay? That is the Question

Sounds like a nightmare

All the latest sure sounds like majority will be “transition” drones. Where we stay for 18 months with hope of collecting any severance. What if exon transition offer nets from severance the time while on transition? Bad bad deal for employees.

Advice from the wise!

Exxon is not gonna give severance to anyone who they offer a job. It's better to look for a job and find the one you like before the close. Best case you can have half of your severance given as sign on bonus.

Short changed

I have a Question for the all employee meeting and hoping for management to please provide reasoning: The delta between the previous layoff packages and the upcoming severance package would have been a rounding error in the deal, but makes a big... — read more

Wing Bar?

Can we expect a lifetime supply of wings either as part of a retention bonus or as a piece of our severance package? I feel like the wing bar is the best think to happen to PXD since the P on the World Logo. I’ll truly miss this Michelin 3-star piece... — read more

5 percent will go?

Will Exxon send a survey? Internally I’ve heard only 5% would go. Exxon should offer everyone a choice. And pay a premium above current total comp. Retention fee? Maybe that will push the number to 10 percent.
